Surgical and pharmacological treatment of necrotic osteomyelitis (on the back of drug preparation consuming) of the upper and low jaws, zygomatic bones. The low jaw may be resected partially or completely, where the reconstruction of the jaw is performed by the use of reconstructive titanium plates, while in the case of complete jaw resection by the use of titanium articular processes.
The surgical preparation of basal seat implies the bone augmentation, mouth cavity implantation even of very difficult cases, as well, in the setting of general diseases after preliminary patient preparation.
